Hello! I'm Rob Miller, a dedicated Moving Specliast at Just Move It! My role involves guiding clients through every step of their move, from initial consultations to coordinating logistics with our expert movers.
Currently residing in Hampstead, NC, with my wife, son, and our two dogs. Beyond work, I enjoy quality family time, golf, hockey, collecting whiskey, and embracing the coastal charm of our town.

WHAT TO EXPECT
For all moves I provide complimentary estimates. I do on-site consultations, to ensure the accuracy of all estimates and provides me the opportunity to explain the moving process.
I will be a direct resource throughout the entire moving process.
All JMI employees go through rigorous on-site training to acquire the knowledge and skills of the trade and must graduate our in-house training program before performing any job.
All furniture and appliances will be professionally padded and wrapped.
All TV's, glass, and artwork will be individually cardboard padded and wrapped.
Upon arrival at the new location, all boxes, furniture, and bed sets will be arranged to the client’s satisfaction.
Our professional moving crew will happily do the heavy lifting for you. We can load or unload your rental truck, onsite storage unit or pod, eliminating the headache of doing it yourself.
LOCAL MOVES
Moves of 35 miles or less are billed at hourly rates based upon the number of workers/vans and the time it takes to perform the move.
The “clock” starts when the movers leaves the warehouse, and it stops when all the job has been completed and the crew has returned to the warehouse.
Factors that may affect this chart include but are not limited to stairs, elevators, distance between new and old residences, truck parking, packing services and your general number of belongings.
LONG DISTANCE
Moves greater than 35 miles are billed based on the weight of the shipment and the distance between origin and destination.
We will move you anywhere in the United States!

PACKING
The proper materials and moving boxes will save you time, money, and effort. Packing properly will eliminate damage during handling and shipment. Packing can, however, take considerable time. Start early and use the proper materials.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How far in advance should I schedule a move?
A: We suggest contacting us about 4 weeks in advance and no later than 2 weeks of your desired move date. However, we understand that planning in advance is not always possible, and we do our best to accommodate all our customers.
Q: Do crews disconnect and reconnect furniture & appliances?
A: Your crew will gladly disconnect & reconnect any furniture pieces, however, they do not perform the following services:Disconnect & reconnect appliances which contain water valves |Mount & Dismount televisions from walls |Disassemble any children’s items such as trampolines, cribs or changing tables
Q: What packing options do you offer?
A: We will personalize your packing experience based on your needs. We can provide you with boxes and bubble wrap for you to do all the packing yourself, or we can pack for you.
Q: What can’t be moved by our team?
A: Valuables, cash, jewelry, medication, live plants, weapons, ammunition, explosives/flammables
